Open Chute, Inc. is an Internet based company that offers near wholesale prices to retail customers.  Our products are extremely discounted.   Due to our low profit margin we must maintain a strict return policy.   Therefore, we ask that you be quite sure that what you are ordering is what you really want. If you are uncertain that your selection is what you really want, please do not order from Open Chute, Inc.

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. We will refuse unauthorized returns. Only if you have not used the product, and not broken the manufacturer's seal on the box, will you receive authorization to return the item. All authorized equipment returns must be shipped prepaid and are subject to a 20% restocking fee for all returned items. You will have 14 days from receipt of your equipment in which you may return it to Open Chute, Inc. for a refund.

If food has come in contact with the machine, we will NOT refund any of the purchase price or shipping charges.

Exchanges for other items may be done only if the item has not been used. All exchanges must be authorized. Credit will be given for the purchase price only. The shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping costs must be prepaid by the customer.

In the unlikely case you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately to make arrangements for exchange or refund.

Open Chute, Inc. makes no warranty expressed or implied. Most of our products have a warranty.  All Warranties are between the manufacturer and you the customer.
